The SWE staff held weekly meetings and flew to Dallas, TX for venue walk-thru, catering food tasting and Devore meetings. The staff made my husband and I feel like we weren’t even planning for a wedding. The day of event, 2.2.2022, if anything went wrong, we had no clue. August 3, 2020: Mr. & Mrs. Davis Virtual Wedding Event!

Without Stephanie's assistance, we would not have been able to put together a wedding and zoom reception in two and a half weeks. She never skipped a beat. She coached us through a wedding checklist and ensured we met important deadlines. She committed to times and made herself available for multiple rehearsals. She is a professional and has a heart for people and weddings! She will make your event memorable!

June 23, 2017 Reception & July 15, 2017 Destination Wedding in Runaway Bay Jamaica

My wedding planner Stephanie was a God sent!!! Since my husband and I elected to design our destination wedding in Jamaica. Stephanie traveled to Jamaica at no additional cost to visit the venue for the wedding as well as contacting the baker, musician, florist and pastor. It was a blessing to have someone like Stephanie at my side planning each step and making sure that I did my part in meet every goal.

Even though I was having a destination wedding, I had a state side wedding reception instead of a bridal shower. Stephanie was very instrumental in the planning and execution of each task from music, taste testing different restaurants, visiting different venue for reception, decorations, including providing hostess for the event.

Stephanie traveled with me on my wedding weekend. Stephanie carried my wedding dress as well all the other pieces needed for my prefect wedding. Stephanie was my constant companion days before my wedding. She held my hand, controlled my phone calls, made sure I had ample rest and food, kept my husband calm, make sure all my guess were taken care of and made sure that my special memory table for dad and brother was in the right position. My wedding day was excellent.

March 20, 2016: Spring Wedding Extravaganza Bridal Expo & Bridal Fashion Show

I attended the 2016 Bridal Expo and Fashion Show presented by Stephanie White Events. I found the event to be outstanding!! The expo presented a variety of vendors who were professional and willing to offer their services to make any occasion special. The fashion show presented beautiful bridal gowns as well as attire for the entire bridal party which was very stylish. Ms. White and her staff did a magnificent job of executing this event. The Bridal Expo and Fashion show was noteworthy and this event would be useful to any bride.

The baby shower was better than I had envisioned. I was super excited, to have seen the beautiful decorations and color combinations. Ms. Stephanie White was very precise and precise and persistent about the planning and allowed my vision to become a reality. July 12, 2014: Wedding Celebration for Mr. & Mrs. Mark Hall Jr.

My husband Mark and I hired Stephanie as a Day – Of Coordinator, approximately nine months before our wedding. From that moment on, Stephanie made us her top priority. She took the time to meet with us on numerous occasions before the wedding, and made herself available day or night without hesitation.

Stephanie took a lot of pressure and stress off of us by relinquishing many of the details that made this day so special. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensured that our day ran smoothly. She coordinated the vendors to make sure their part was done accurately with perfection. That included arrival, set-up, and breakdown.

Since our wedding day, she has been in touch with us to make sure we were satisfied and to wish us much love, happiness and her blessings.

Without a doubt, we are glad to have chosen Stephanie White to coordinate our wedding.

January 26, 2014: 2nd Annual Bridal Education Workshop

Whimsical, Educational, Fun! These were the words that entered my mind when reflecting on my experience at Stephanie White Event's Second Annual Bridal Education Workshop. As a two-year attendee, I knew going in that this was a workshop well-woth attending. This year's bridal workshop unexpectedly surpassed my delight-level. A hard feat considering how much I enjoyed last year's event! All sessions were interactive and informative. A few of these sessions included "how to(s)" on esztablishing your need for a wedding planner vs. a wedding coordinator, wedding etiquette, honing your organization skills, creating your story through video and photography, cake and/or dessert selection options (which included very yummy tastings!), as well as opportunities to meet directly with numerous vendors. I was able to freely ask questions and felt confident that I was being provided current and sound advice. Did I mention the presenters were candid, engaging, and awesome? Well, they were! Attendees included future brides, future grooms, hopeless romantics, and people like me who just want to be "in the know" for when MY "big" day comes.

In one word, it was "Spectacular." I will definitely be back next year!

January 27, 2013: Bridal Education Workshop

Stephanie White Events conducted a Bridal Education Workshop that was by far the best I have experienced. The variety of vendors was perfect and not overwhelming. It was professional, informative and excellently executed. You left with confidence you could start your wedding planning journey and make the best decisions doing it. I would recommend any bride-to-be or even maid of honor to attend the 2nd annual workshop. It will be well worth it. Excellent Job Stephanie!

October 9, 2011: Wedding Celebration for Mr. & Mrs. Ovuworie

A couple, one in law school, one in grad school and both with full time jobs with a wedding fast approaching; Those two stressed out time deprived individuals is who Stephanie White Events chose to take on as clients. She worked tirelessly for and with us. She worked to keep us on task and provide us with whatever resources she had. From string groups, to charter buses to fireworks, center pieces and back she was there. November 22, 2008: Wedding Celebration for Mr. & Mrs. Diagne

I write this letter in high regards for Ms. Stephanie White. As I was planning for my wedding reception in November of 2008, I knew that I needed help. I solicited Ms. White as we were co-workers at another location at the time. As my event planner, she ensured me that the event would go well and we began planning. From the contract stages to the day of the event, Ms. White, was efficient, clear, meticulous and a joy to work with. She was quite resourceful and allowed me to make final decisions, while making me aware of all options available. My husband watched as the women did most of the work, and he noted the same thing. I could not have asked for a better planner. She helped me through every step of the way. On the day of the reception Stephanie was able to control the crowd that arrived, move the venue smoothly, and also enjoy herself with my guest a little as well.
